Die heads (slot dies) are used for thin film application. They realize submicron order precision, and our customers have a broad range of uses for them, uses such as high-precision coating tools for FPD (flat panel display) parts, functional films, and various substrates. We provide cemented carbide, titanium alloys, and hydraulics mechanisms having adjustable slit-width, etc., in order to respond to customer needs.
