Rotary Dies are used as high-speed, high-precision cutoff tools for difficult-to-cut materials including first-aid adhesive tapes, disposable diapers, sanitary products, etc. In comparison to the die-cutting method, rotary dies enable cutting at higher speeds and therefore contribute to an increase in productivity. Additionally, by using cemented carbide and a high-rigid frame unit, they realize astonishingly longer life, compared to products made of steel.
