Pore Free Diecast (PF Diecast) is high-grade die-casting that enables heat treatment (T6 treatment), plating processing, and welding that are difficult to perform with normal die-casting, by reducing the amount of gas content to an extreme degree. This frame is an Ni-Cr plated pore free die-casting component, and it is applied to both the seat frame and appearance parts of M109R, which is an 1800 cc motorcycle manufactured by Suzuki Motor Corporation. Since it is a seat frame part, a breakdown strength of 3,000 N and elongation of 6.4% are minimum requirements. Therefore, we adopted a newly-developed high strength aluminum alloy. A high level of reliability has been realized as a result of the synergetic effect of pore free die-casting.
